WB-X400F Concrete - Steel Reinforced Truck and Vehicle Scale  series truck scale is a high-strength weighing platform reinforced with C50 quality concrete by pre-stressed steel reinforcement inside the steel chassis.
It is the style of the system found on bridges and viaducts converted into a weighbridge.
Since it comes with weighbridge ramps, there is a minimum infrastructure requirement.
It is mounted on the ground, mechanical installation is completed within 1 hour.
It can be easily moved to another area at any time.

Scale Programme

WEILO weighbridge programme is a vehicle scale software that enables easy management of weighing operations.
With its powerful database, it has data sending and reporting functions in xml, excel, pdf, html, txt formats.
The receipt, which can be designed in the desired format, can be printed up to 3 copies from dot matrix printers.
It provides remote traceability with the optional web-based database.
Light management and licence plate reading systems can be easily integrated.

Load Cells

The load cells used in the WB-X400F model are pressure type 30 tonne capacity OIML R60 C4 certified.
It is highly resistant to adverse environmental conditions and corrosion with its stainless steel body and IP 68 protection.
With the mounting kits offered as standard, it provides protection from lateral loads and prevents incorrect weighing.
Optionally, WEILO WTL model OIML R60 C5 certified digital load cell is also available.
