Where are belt scales used?
Today, belt scales are used in many different production lines that contain powdery and granular products, especially in mining. These systems, which are used in many places such as food, chemicals, building materials, etc. have many features. BK series belt scales are a system that determines the rate of transportation and total weight of the materials carried in bulk on an endless conveyor belt according to the speed of the belt.
It prevents the materials carried on the belt from being weighed separately and wasting time. By continuously recording the materials coming from the mine or production line, it makes shift, day, month, year option reporting and keeps production efficiency under control. Belt scale features are as follows:
- The amount of material weighed can be monitored in t/h, kg/h, kg/m, kg, mt/sec and %.
- The BK series belt scale consists of load cells, speed sensor and control indicator.
- It can be easily adapted to the existing conveyor belt.
- 32-bit ARM CPU with arithmetic speed of 72MHz and higher, suitable for industrial environment.
- High precision Δ-Σ A/D conversion technology, 160×32 dot matrix LCD display.
- Digital adjustment and calibration functions automatic sequence monitoring, speed calibration and band length calibration.
- Shockproof housing suitable for wall mounting, corrosion resistant, water and dust proof.
